estate transactions.
The Norris Enterprises has

determine the ability of
prospective investments to meet
the targeted return objectives.
The approach involves a
combination of top-down and
bottom-up fundamental analysis,
including regional economic
analysis, product type, market
and sub-market analysis, as well
as property-level analysis,
including tenant credit
research, transportation and
traffic analysis, and physical
property inspection and
examination, environmental and
structural review.
The primary
mission of the real estate
practice is to source and
acquire real estate assets for
its partners that closely match
their investment criteria with a
focus on office, industrial,
retail, and multi-family
investments with total
capitalizations ranging from $25
- $250 million. Investment
opportunities are sought out in
two principal areas: Southeast
United States (with a particular
focus on the State of Florida)
and the Southwest United States
(with a particular focus on
Utah, Arizona, Nevada and
Southern California). |
